Free repair is provided when the warranty card is presented. Lost cards will not be reissued.
Warranty period starts from the date of sale.
Exclusions include misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, improper installation, water damage, animal/insect damage, and altered or missing warranty cards.
Components like chargers and controllers are covered for 3 months.
Motor is covered for 1 year (excluding misuse).
Lead-acid battery: Replace every 7-12 months.
Lithium-ion battery: Replace every 1-2 years.
A 7-day free check-up service is provided.
Returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects.
Exchanges are only allowed in the case of size mismatch, and only if the product is unused. Each customer is eligible for one exchange only.
A return or exchange handling fee and battery depreciation fee may apply.
